Returns

Please ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund. We advise out buyer to contact customer service team, before processing the return therefore they can rectify this issue in the best way possible.
If the item is being returned voluntarily for the following reasons, return cost and admin fees will be deducted from the refund once the item is returned. Return cost and admin fee may vary, depending on what type is the item, dimension and weight of the item. Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged.

  • Better price available
  • No longer needed or wanted
  • Performance or quality not adequate
  • Incompatible or not useful for intended purpose
  • Part not compatible with the existing system
  • Excessive installation or did not install
If the item you received is being returned for the following reason, we will return the item and process full refund once the item is received back.
  • The shipping box or envelope isn’t damaged, but the item is damaged
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Wrong item sent
  • Defective or does not work properly
  • Arrived in addition to what was ordered
  • Damaged during delivery
