Ecofective Slug Defence Barrier Granules are derived from natural ingredients and will effectively repel slugs and snails away from important plants around the garden. These natural granules can be applied around the base of edible and ornamental plants both in the garden and in plant pots to protect against slug and snail damage. The natural and pesticide free ingredients make the granules safe to use around children, pets, wildlife and bees and effective against rain or watering. While clay repellents tend to degrade with rain, these Slug Defence granules are able to dry out quickly and remain just as effective.

When planting out into garden areas, unless new compost is used, then slugs may be present in the planting area

To protect your plants, ensure you place to barrier granules close to the stem of the plant in a complete circle using up to 15-20g (small handful) of the product

At the end of the growing season, either dig into the garden soil or mix into next year’s compost to help with drainage in the pots.
